Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track stock movements and data entry.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar rotating schedules).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld barcode scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
