Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and data entry using warehouse management software
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to Oakland industrial district
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
