Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize space and safety.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
