Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
