Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
