Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas and delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping, organizing, and deep cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
