Responsibilities
- Process Shipments: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound pallets, boxes, and freight using proper material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to maintain accurate stock counts and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packages are labeled correctly before dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift staff to ensure a seamless transition and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
