Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate loading docks to receive and ship merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Stock Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are properly labeled and rotated.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) is a plus.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
