Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Package and prepare items for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and status.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
