Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and merchandise safely using standard equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions and communicate with team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; however, we value attitude and aptitude over formal education.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
