Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship retail merchandise using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered industrial equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document workflow activities in digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
