Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct late-night interviews and candidate assessments via video conferencing
- Manage client relationships with 24/7 operations requiring immediate staffing solutions
- Process payroll and onboarding documentation for night shift placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using ATS systems during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with real-time problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills for late-night client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure overnight environments
