Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and production plants
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments with candidates during flexible scheduling windows
- Coordinate onboarding and placement for night shift workers with client partners
- Maintain detailed candidate profiles and job matching analytics in our ATS system
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates during their night shift assignments
- Collaborate with client managers to optimize staffing solutions for overnight operations
- Track performance metrics and adjust recruitment strategies based on night shift demand trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 industry exposure
- Proven ability to conduct interviews during evening/night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Deep understanding of Austin's night shift job market and key employer needs
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and client partners
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for late-night site visits
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per client requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for diverse candidate outreach
