Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for overnight positions in warehousing, logistics, and tech support
- Manage client relationships with San Jose-based companies requiring 24/7 staffing solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for overnight staff
- Optimize staffing schedules to meet client demand while ensuring worker well-being
- Implement retention strategies for night shift employees through engagement initiatives
- Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive staffing packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during unconventional hours
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Valid California staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions overnight
- Strong understanding of labor laws and overnight work regulations
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment environments
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse San Jose talent pool
