Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across industries
- Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement
- Leverage ATS systems and digital platforms to optimize talent acquisition workflows

- Stay current on local market trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
