Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through digital platforms and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using validated methodologies
- Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in ATS with real-time updates
- Collaborate with account managers to align recruitment strategies with client KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for candidate market trends
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication with cross-functional teams
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
