Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for night shift positions across NYC's key industries
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and 24/7 service providers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies targeting night shift talent pools
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Provide exceptional support to both candidates and clients during non-business hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift placements
- Proven track record in healthcare, logistics, or customer support staffing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address staffing challenges creatively
- Valid New York State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during night shifts
