Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to fill last-minute staffing needs with 24/7 responsiveness

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing/recruitment with shift-based roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in night shift positions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct interviews during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
