Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to identify top talent for night shift positions.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex shift schedules and manage staffing levels to meet client demands.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Milwaukee businesses to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of temporary and contract workers, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor labor market trends to advise clients on wage rates and candidate availability.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a demanding work environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
