Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and place qualified candidates for overnight shifts across Houston's key industries
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand evolving staffing needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging digital platforms and local networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments for 24/7 operational roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and performance tracking
- Analyze market trends to optimize staffing solutions and client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven night shift or 24/7 industry exposure
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse candidate pools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on operational efficiency
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
