Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in overnight positions across manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Manage high-volume staffing operations during peak nighttime hours with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough background checks and verifications for all night shift applicants
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing reports using our proprietary ATS system

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or HR recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines during overnight hours
- Strong knowledge of Wichita's industrial and healthcare night shift requirements
