Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across diverse industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skill assessments during night hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines with precision
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift workers
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients 24/7
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
