Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight and rotational shift positions across Raleigh's key industries
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates during night hours to maintain data accuracy
- Conduct late-night phone/video interviews with candidates across multiple time zones
- Coordinate urgent last-minute staffing needs with clients during overnight operational hours
- Onboard new hires and complete compliance documentation for night shift assignments
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless candidate handoff and workflow continuity
- Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks for night shift positions in the Triangle area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience with night shift or rotational shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) during non-standard hours
- Exceptional communication skills for late-night client/candidate interactions
- Valid North Carolina staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong organizational abilities to manage overnight workflow and documentation
- Experience with high-volume recruitment in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
