Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via video calls and in-person meetings
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system with real-time updates
- Build relationships with overnight employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding for night shift hires with seamless documentation
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
- Provide 24/7 support to candidates and clients during non-traditional hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or overnight operations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in late-night engagements
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight staffing emergencies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- OSHA or industry-specific safety certifications a plus
