- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and background checks during night hours
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift employees with client partners
- Manage candidate databases and staffing software with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates during off-peak hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record in healthcare, logistics, or industrial staffing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during night hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
