Responsibilities
- Manage overnight candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for healthcare and industrial clients
- Coordinate staffing logistics for night shift operations across multiple facilities
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments during evening hours
- Maintain accurate client records in our ATS system
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24-hour responsiveness
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with healthcare or industrial staffing environments
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
