Responsibilities
- Screen and place candidates in overnight roles including warehouse, security, and healthcare support
- Conduct late-night interviews and onboarding for new hires
- Manage client relationships and staffing contracts for overnight operations

- Provide 24/7 support to clients and candidates during overnight hours
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for overnight shift assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or HR experience with overnight shift exposure
- Strong communication skills for late-night client interactions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
