Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in Tampa Bay area
- Conduct in-depth interviews to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement documentation
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Track key performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates during night shift assignments
- Collaborate with team to fill urgent overnight staffing gaps
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to travel to client sites across Tampa Bay
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
