Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight and evening shift positions across Oakland
- Coordinate staffing solutions for healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses requiring night shift staffing
- Optimize shift scheduling to meet client demand and labor regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift focus
