Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ high-profile client locations across the Las Vegas Valley
- Screen, interview, and deploy qualified candidates for night shift roles in hospitality, warehousing, and security
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments using our proprietary scheduling platform during peak overnight hours
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of staffing metrics and candidate performance data
- Act as primary overnight point of contact for urgent staffing requests and client escalations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workforce transition and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, recruitment, or shift management
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas' hospitality, logistics, and service industries
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in staffing software and scheduling platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, ADP)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
