Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for night shift positions across diverse industries
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems during overnight hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments with candidates across multiple time zones
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, warehousing, and manufacturing clients
- Optimize job postings for night shift visibility on niche job boards and platforms
- Track KPIs including fill rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift specialization
- Proven success in placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during evening hours
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting staffing metrics
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
- Valid North Carolina staffing/recruiting license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Flexible schedule with availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
