Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight shift positions across various industries
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct phone interviews and assessments during night hours
- Coordinate with clients to staffing requirements and fill urgent overnight vacancies
- Onboard new hires and conduct orientation sessions for night shift positions
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight operations
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates during night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with night shift availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during onboarding sessions
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte's local job market and industries
