Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions during night shift hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments across multiple time zones
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements for urgent staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through dedicated night shift communication
- Utilize ATS platforms and job boards to maximize recruitment efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during evening hours
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless recruitment handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience, preferably in agency environment
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
