- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover operations
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight coverage and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift exposure
- Proven ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills for overnight client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of Kansas City's night shift labor market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during peak overnight hours
- Valid Missouri driver's license for client site visits
