- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 50+ active client accounts
- Source and vet qualified candidates for urgent weekend shifts
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatching of temporary staff
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for weekend contractors
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 weekend on-call support
- Implement weekend payroll processing and compliance tracking
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend deployment efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment or workforce management
- Proven weekend shift coordination experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong Austin market network in healthcare/tech sectors
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- OSHA/FMLA compliance knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
