- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and logistics clients
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and background checks
- Manage onboarding processes for weekend temporary staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisition logs
- Provide real-time support to field staff and client managers
- Resolve scheduling conflicts with professionalism and urgency
- Generate weekly performance reports for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong weekend availability (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- New Mexico staffing license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
