Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary staffing positions across Memphis
- Match qualified candidates with client job requirements in manufacturing, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Manage onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and CRM records
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments and client communications
- Process same-day payroll through our digital payment platform
- Develop relationships with local businesses to expand client base
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
