Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and security sectors
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews during evening/overnight hours
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate interview scheduling and offer negotiations for night shift roles
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates for overnight positions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in night shift or rotational shift roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume pipelines
- Knowledge of Wichita's local job market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
