Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions across Minneapolis metro industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for healthcare, warehouse, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement with 95% fill rate target
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS system and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or 3+ years equivalent experience)
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota labor laws and night shift regulations
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
