Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for night shift positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates during evening hours.
- Coordinate with local Louisville clients to understand their 3rd shift staffing requirements and staffing volume needs.
- Conduct background checks and drug screenings to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Process timesheets and manage payroll for temporary night shift associates efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related HR role is highly desired.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
