Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Manage real-time candidate dispatch using our proprietary staffing platform
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 15-minute response window
- Conduct virtual interviews and onboarding for night shift candidates
- Maintain 100% compliance with labor regulations and client SLAs
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with day team for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- CA staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
