- Manage real-time communication between night shift workers and client supervisors
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for overnight assignments
- Resolve staffing emergencies through rapid mobilization of qualified candidates
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during overnight hours
- Develop and maintain relationships with night shift talent pools
- Utilize ATS systems to track overnight shift coverage and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Strong problem-solving abilities for overnight operational challenges
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's industrial and healthcare landscape
- Excellent communication skills across diverse shift teams
- Flexibility to cover rotating overnight schedules
