Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts in Mesa and surrounding areas
- Process time-sensitive employee onboarding and documentation during evening hours
- Handle urgent client requests and schedule adjustments between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Monitor workforce compliance with safety protocols and labor regulations
- Manage real-time communication between night shift employees and daytime management teams
- Resolve staffing emergencies through rapid deployment of qualified temporary workers
- Generate daily operational reports for client and internal stakeholder review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, HR, or logistics coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure scheduling scenarios overnight
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong knowledge of FLSA compliance and labor regulations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
