Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling of temporary staff for night shift assignments, ensuring optimal coverage for client sites.
- Screen, interview, and onboard new candidates during evening hours to maintain our high talent standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding shift changes, emergencies, and operational updates.
- Track time and attendance data for the night shift workforce and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all staffing documentation is up to date.
- Resolve immediate staffing issues and escalations that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative coordination is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
