Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ industrial and healthcare clients
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch of temporary workers
- Handle urgent staffing requests during overnight hours
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift candidates
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance analytics
- Build relationships with night shift managers and supervisors
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or workforce management
- Proven experience with overnight/scheduling systems
- Strong communication skills for urgent client interactions
- Knowledge of Fort Worth's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
