- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new night shift hires
- Manage emergency staffing requests during overnight hours
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations
- Build relationships with night shift supervisors at client sites
- Track performance metrics for overnight staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or HR coordination
- Experience with night shift or 24/7 operations preferred
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits required)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
