Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with overnight staffing assignments in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for night shift applicants
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for temporary night staff
- Manage client relationships for overnight shift coverage needs
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during overnight hours
- Optimize shift schedules to maximize client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or HR experience with night shift focus
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's industrial and healthcare markets
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Problem-solving skills for urgent staffing challenges
- Flexibility to cover rotating overnight schedules
