Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via video conferencing
- Manage client relationships during evening hours to fill urgent staffing needs
- Process onboarding paperwork and background checks for night shift placements
- Coordinate with day shift teams to ensure smooth candidate handoffs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills for late-night client interactions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional candidate travel)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
