As a Night Shift Staffing Coordinator, you'll work in our Charlotte office during overnight hours (typically 10 PM - 6 AM), processing applications, conducting virtual interviews, and coordinating placements for manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare clients. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate placement pipeline for night shift positions
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and healthcare roles
- Coordinate with clients to fulfill urgent staffing needs during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients via phone/email
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in staffing, recruiting, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficient with ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
