Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare facilities, warehouses, and event venues
- Conduct onboarding sessions for night shift employees between 9 PM - 5 AM
- Manage emergency staffing requests with 24-hour response capabilities
- Coordinate transportation logistics for workers in remote industrial zones
- Maintain compliance with Louisiana state labor regulations for night work
- Build relationships with 15+ major employers in the Greater New Orleans area
- Process payroll documentation for overnight staff bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or HR experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, weekends included
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- OSHA certification for industrial environments (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required for hospitality roles)
- Ability to pass FBI background check and drug screening
